How KO shows which ads bring in money
Everything KO can do, in groups. Start with the large card: it is the main screen of the group, and you can open it in the demo.

Reports
Spend, leads and sales in one report. Every number opens down to its records.
- ReportsOne revenue number for the whole teamAd spend and CRM deals in one report. The whole team counts every number the same way.Learn more

- Report from sectionsA report is made of sections: metric cards, a table, a funnel, plan vs actual. They share one filter, and each section can have its own period.
- MetricsCards with your main numbers: the value, the previous period, the plan and a chart.
- What makes a numberFor every number you can see what it is made of and which rule counts it.
- Plan vs actualActual results by week or month next to the goal, and a forecast of whether you will reach it.
- StagesThe CRM funnel: how many deals are at each stage, their value and how long they have been there.
- BreakdownA table by source, campaign or device: segments in rows, metrics in columns. Open a row to go one level down, for example from a source to its campaigns.
- EntitiesRows come from a full list, for example of managers or campaigns. A manager with no deals or a paused campaign stays in the report.
- Row verdictsEach row gets an action: cut, scale, or too early to judge. KO marks a row as worse than normal only when this is proven, not after two leads. Overspend is shown in money.
- FocusThe sprint goal and up to five metrics next to it: actuals, percent done and a forecast for the last day. A sprint is a period of work toward one goal, from a week to a year.
Decisions
What to do first. For each action you see what it gives and what it costs to wait.
- Priority orderThe order is set by money and effort, not by the size of a change. Groups: critical, high, medium, low.
- Cost of inactionEach card shows how much the project loses while the decision waits.
- Decision detailsWhich data the conclusion rests on and how to check it before you act.
- Goal focusFindings that affect your goal metric are collected in a separate group.
- HypothesesA decision becomes a test: what you change and how much a number should move. Next to it: an early sign and a metric that must not drop.
- Action statusA card can be taken into work, discussed or rejected. Rejected cards are not lost.
- Checks catalogWhich problems KO looks for in your data and what the card for each one looks like.Go to Insights
Data quality
KO notices a broken website, tag or connection before it spoils a report.
- DiagnosticsIs everything aliveKO checks the website, integrations and tags on its own. You see what is broken, since when, and what the server answered.Learn more

- DiagnosticsFor the website and every connection: what is broken, since when and what the server answered.
- Website and domainWhether the website is up and when the domain and certificate expire. KO tells you in advance.
- UTM tagsLeads and visits without UTM tags. They count in the total, but not in the row of their channel or campaign.
- A source goes silentIf data from a service stops coming or drops, a card about it appears in the Decision Center.
- JournalsA feed of the leads, visits and events behind the numbers in a report.
- Record detailsOpen any journal row in a side panel. Columns and filters are yours to set.
Website and leads
Leads from the website, messengers and webhooks. For each one you see where the person came from.
- Visit counterOne tag on a website built on any platform. For every visit you see where the person came from.
- Website formsA lead from a form reaches KO together with where the visitor came from.
- Custom eventsA button click, a chosen plan, an opened calculator: your website sends such actions to KO. Each one has a source, and you can build a metric from them.
- Lead webhookAn address where your website or software sends leads when there is no ready integration. Test mode checks the request and creates nothing.
- Event namingRules for your developer — how to name custom events and when to send them. Then no action is lost or counted twice.
- Lead status backThe service that sent a lead can ask for its status and deal amount, if you allow it.
- Ads, CRM, analyticsReady integrations: which data KO takes from each service and how many steps the setup takes.Go to Integrations
Advertising
Spend from all ad accounts in one format, so you can compare platforms.
- VAT in spendAd accounts report spend without VAT. Add the rate, and KO shows the real cost per lead.
- Campaigns in reportsYou choose which campaigns KO reads. The others and their spend stay out of reports.
- Ad taggingA UTM tag template for ads that have no tags of their own. With it, spend and visits land in one report row.
- Account balanceA warning when the balance of an ad account drops below the amount you set.
Business context
Holidays, working days and deal length, so you read the numbers right.
- CalendarHow your business worksHolidays, seasonality and the sales cycle are taken into account. A holiday drop does not look like a fault, and sales split into fast, slow and small.Learn more

- Country calendarsHolidays and moved days, so a drop on January 1 does not look like a failure.
- Business and marketing datesBusiness dates: the end of a month, quarter and year. Marketing dates: Black Friday and the days around it.
- Your own datesMark a promo, a launch or a paused campaign, and you see why the numbers changed on that day.
- Work weekWhich days the project works. If you work on Saturday, KO does not treat it as a day off.
- Analysis contextWhat matters now — growth, efficiency or fixing data, whether you have seasonality and what to compare with. This sets which decisions KO shows first.
- Lead classesEach lead gets a class from the deal outcome: a fast, slow or small sale, or a loss.
Plans
Goals for a period right in the report, so you see if you are on track.
- Goals per periodThe number a metric should reach in a period: a month, a quarter, a sprint.
- Plan groupsPlans that follow one another — sprint after sprint, quarter after quarter — sit in one group.
- Plan in the reportThe goal shows up right away in "Plan vs actual" and in the "Metrics" cards.
Metrics and fields
The metrics, fields and segments of a project. The whole team counts by the same rules.
- Metrics catalogThe label, format and formula of every metric. Your own metric sits next to the standard ones.
- Fields catalogFields are what you split numbers by: source, device, page, a CRM field. You see where each field comes from and where you can use it.
- Slices and segmentsYour own way to split traffic, for example by search intent: brand, commercial, irrelevant. The slice appears in reports next to source and campaign.
- Project setupTime zone, currency and the first day of the week are set when you create a project.
Team
Who sees what, who gets which alerts, and your own AI assistant.
- Access and rolesRoles, invitations by link and extra rights on top of a role.
- NotificationsWho gets messages and about what: recipients, channels, subscriptions to event types.
- AI assistant with a keyClaude Code, VS Code or another agent reads your project data with a key.
Imagine your project is already in KO
The demo is the project of a made-up company. Its ads, website and CRM are already connected. Reports, decisions and data checks work on its numbers just as they would on yours.
