What KO takes
- Number of requests and visits per day, as a total for the website
- Totals only: Cloudflare does not pass a single visitor, their tags or their source
We connect Cloudflare on request. Cloudflare sees every request to the website. So you can use its visit count to check the KO tracker. These are totals only: they do not show a visitor, a lead or a campaign.
What KO takes
KO connects through the Cloudflare API with a read-only token for website analytics. It works only for websites whose traffic goes through Cloudflare.
The tracker did not record everyone
A tracker in the browser can fail: an ad blocker stops it, or the landing page does not have it. Cloudflare counts requests on its own servers, not in the browser. The gap between its count and tracker visits shows how many visitors are lost.
The ad account shows more clicks than visits
KO already compares ad clicks with visits in Diagnostics. Cloudflare adds one more number between them. It shows where the person was lost: they did not reach the website, or they reached it but the tracker did not record them.
A Cloudflare number cannot be tied to a lead
Cloudflare gives totals only, without single visitors. So it does not replace the tracker. KO still takes lead, campaign and source from its own tracker. Cloudflare is only a check.
Send a request: we will check which data you need and connect it.
In the demo, ad accounts, a CRM and a website already feed the same reports. Open them and see what you learn when spend, leads and deals are in one place.
